His First Ever Film Appearance Was A Cameo For 1988’S Film ‘Salaam Bombay.’

He Appeared In Television As Well As Movies As He Was Deemed Too Unconventional Looking To Play The Lead.

In 2001 British Director Asif Kapadia Cast Him As A Mercenary In ‘The Warrior’ Which Racked Up Awards And Won Khan Praise.

He Collaborated With Oscar-Winning Directors Such As Danny Boyle And Ang Lee And Appeared In The Hbo Show ‘In Treatment.’ Some Of His International Movie Career Hits Are ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ ‘Life Of Pi’ And ‘The Amazing Spider-Man.’

Later He Also Appeared In Bollywood Films Such As ‘Piku’ Featuring Bollywood Superstars Amitabh Bachchan And Deepika Padukone And ‘The Lunchbox’ In Which He Played A Lonely Accountant In Love With A Housewife.

His Final Film Was ‘Angrezi Medium’ Along Side Radhika Madan

Khan Was Diagnosed With Neuroendocrine Cancer In March 2018 And Died On April 29 2020 At 53 Years Old Due To A Colorectal Infection.
